R&R takes thematic meaning from the original abbreviation “rest and relaxation,” but with a new lightness: “Reflection and Refraction”.
This work intends to create a space for thinking about past events and tragedies, allowing the raw nature and science of light logic to lead thinking and healing.
Crystalline forms are frozen in the air, representing tears, while thin strips of light illuminate the space.
In this suspension, time seems to slow and stop. Groups of 15 people were invited into the intimate space for 15 minutes.
